Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, to the extent not preempted by applicable consumer protection laws in the User’s jurisdiction. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seoul, Korea, administered under rules mutually agreed upon by the parties, unless otherwise required by the User’s local mandatory consumer laws.
 No dispute may be brought more than one (1) year after the event giving rise to the dispute occurred, unless a longer period is mandated under relevant consumer protection statutes.

Term & Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you herein will immediately cease. You may also discontinue use of the Site at any time.

Modifications & Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including availability of features or products, without liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability.
