Shipping Destinations

  • Our shipping services are currently available only within the continental United States.

  • We regret that we cannot deliver to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, or P.O. boxes at this time.

Handling Shipping Issues

  • Undelivered Packages: If your order does not arrive within 60 days of the shipping date, we will consider it undelivered. You may then choose a replacement shipment or request a full refund.

  • Returns Due to Address Errors: If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, original shipping fees are non‑refundable. We can reship the package upon request, but additional shipping charges will apply. To avoid delays, please double‑check all address and contact details when placing your order.

International Shipping & Customs

  • For any shipments outside the U.S., the recipient is considered the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.

  • Orders shipped internationally may incur import taxes, customs duties, or other fees, which are solely the recipient’s responsibility. THOME cannot predict these costs or intervene in customs procedures.
