I don't have any masks

You've been panicking because you didn't get the mask you thought you were getting, just a sheet!!! The THOME Smart Veil™ Glow Sealer you're using is nothing like the wet mask sheets with essence you're used to.It's an ultra-thin hybrid dry mask sheet that's unique to THOME.

Keep a generous supply of Smart Veil™ Glow Sealer Masks on hand to use as part of your daily skincare routine in addition to your twice-weekly THOME Glazed program.

However, you do realize that Smart Veil™ Glow Sealer is a dry mask, right?

Use it as the first step in your skincare regimen, after cleansing, on a dry face, like a regular mask sheet, and it won't stick.

Be sure to use a generous amount for every step of your daily skincare routine and save it for last.

And, most importantly, the Smart Veil™ Glow Sealer is the perfect match for the THOME Glazed program!

We recommend using it in conjunction with the THOME Glazed program whenever possible, as it provides the most synergy.

Will it be available in the morning?

We recommend using it in the evening.

The THOME Glazed program is designed to exfoliate dead skin cells with the optimal combination of Multi-Acid and anti-aging ingredients (TEA-A™) to improve overall skin condition and balance the skin.
For maximum results, use the THOME Glazed program at the end of the day after cleansing your face and getting a good night's sleep during beauty time, which is between 10pm and 2am, the optimal time for skin to regenerate.

However, daytime use is fine.
As long as you remember to slather on sunscreen after your glazed program and head out the door!

How is THOME different from other skincare products and brands?

THOME Smart Fill programs are program products that have a planned sequence, unlike typical foundation products.

Not for daily use, we recommend using it twice a week (minimum 1 - maximum 3 times).

What skin types is the product line suitable for?

Our first line, (Glazed), is best suited for dry skin that has lost elasticity and skin density, resulting in a rough texture.

Is the product safe to use during pregnancy?

THOME has eliminated more than 30 questionable ingredients that limit prescriptions on the skin due to safety or sustainability concerns,

Ingredients that are not recommended for pregnant and lactating women are categorized separately.

THOME's contains some ingredients that are not recommended for pregnant and nursing women, so we do not recommend using it.

Can I use it with sensitive skin?

The THOME Smart Peel Program has been tested for primary skin irritation and is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin. However, after extreme skin irritation, it is recommended that you follow up with soothing care and skin recovery.

What is the pH of the product?

One prescription is slightly acidic, while the rest of the items are prescribed with a slightly acidic pH, which is closer to healthy skin, to nourish the skin.

How do I know which THOME product is best for me?

The THOME app service provides information to help you better understand your skin type.

THOME's lineup will be expanding over time, with more thoughtful skincare options that are tailored to you.

Do you test on animals?

We love our animal friends and would never test our products on them. We seek to do everything we can to be less harmful to the planet and choose kindness over cruelty.

What is the shelf life of the product?

You can find the expiration date on the bottom of the refill container.

During its lifetime, the product will remain stable and perform as expected.

Do I need to rinse it out step by step?

THOME doesn't rinse off from the first to the last mask.

We recommend layering your first, second, and even third masks.

What temperature should I store my products at?

Ideally, the product should be stored at room temperature (1 - 35°C), away from direct sunlight.

Is the product recyclable?

Almost all of THOME's products are recyclable.

  • The cube-shaped original container replaces refills and encourages reuse.
  • The refill container is made entirely of eco-friendly plastic (PCR PP) made from recycled materials and can be recycled after removing the biodegradable label. 
  • The container box is untreated and can be recycled as paper after label removal. 
  • The set packaging box is stapled at the corners of the box without using tape or glue, so the iron needles can be removed and recycled into paper.
  • The shopping bags are made from 100% recycled paper (recycled pulp) and are untreated so that only the handles can be removed and recycled into paper.

How do I replace a refill container?

The refill container is easily removed by pressing down on the hole in the bottom of the main unit, and the new refill container is easily replaced by aligning the grooves on either side of the main unit and pressing down.

Can I try before I buy?

You can try a tester product during the trial promotion only (shipping fees may apply).

How can I check the status of my order?

Sign in to view the 'Order Details' section of your order history in MY ACCOUNT.

Order number to view your order details and order status. 

You'll also receive a notification when you complete your order, so you can track your order through your order confirmation email and KakaoTalk.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can't change the shipping destination from the In transit status.

To change your shipping address,  please submit a Contact Us and we'll help you as soon as possible.

Can I apply multiple discounts to my order?

Currently, only one discount or promotion can be applied at a time on the official THOME's app/website. If you have a freebie that includes a purchase promotion, please make sure the promotional item is added to your cart before checking out.

How quickly can I receive my order?

Orders that are paid by 10:00 am will ship the same day, and orders paid after that will ship the next day.

(Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your shipment within 1-3 business days after it leaves the factory.

However, there may be some delays in delivery for other reasons (increased order volume / out of stock / discontinued).

Do you ship internationally?

THOME's official online store only offers domestic shipping, not international shipping.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order when the order is complete and paid.

You can apply directly from the Orders/Shipments tab on your My Page, or check your order status (paid) to see if you're eligible for the

"THOME Help Center"for more information.

※ However, if the order is received after the cancellation time, it will be accepted as a return and return shipping fee (6,000 won) may be charged.

Do I have to keep my parentheses in a cashmere pouch?

Both the galsa and the chalet are porcelain and can break if dropped.

Please be as shock resistant as possible and store in a cashmere pouch when not in use.

If it is broken, please do not use it directly on the skin surface and dispose of it after putting on gloves.

How does a subscription work?

THOME offers subscriptions as a convenient and affordable way to receive your favorite products (while saving money and saving the planet). Subscriptions are 10% off, and you can choose the frequency of your subscription to receive discounted refills each cycle.

Can I purchase without a subscription?

Yes, you can select a product without a subscription when setting options when ordering a product.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can change your product or subscription cycle settings from your account page. To adjust your settings, click the “Subscriptions” tab.


Unsubscribe

You can manage your subscription (changes and cancelations) through your account page. You, the customer, have full control.

We're happy to help, and we're always open to feedback on what you don't need.

How often can I get refills?

You can choose the frequency of your subscription from the options when you place your order. After you sign up for a subscription, you can log in at any time to customize the frequency, and you can also choose to skip a scheduled refill if you're running low on product.

How and when will I be billed?

You're charged when each refill order is created, so it depends on your subscription cycle.

If you cancel your subscription immediately after a refill order is created, then only your upcoming refill products are canceled. The refill order that was just created will be billed and shipped.

What is your exchange/return policy?

1) Returns

Returns are only accepted for products purchased from the official THOME online store.

If you wish to return your order, please contact “THOME Customer Center” separately using the consultation channel below.

※ Shipping is free for exchanges/returns for reasons such as defective/incorrect item.



2) Exchange

In accordance with the standard terms and conditions of the Fair Trade Commission, exchanges and refunds are available within 7 days from the date of receipt. However, if the contents of the product are different from the advertisement or if the product is performed differently from the contract, you can exchange/return the product within 3 months from the date of receipt and within 30 days from the date you know or could have known.

※ For exchanges/returns due to your personal reasons, such as simple change of mind or mistake in order, you can exchange/return the product within 7 days after receiving the product only if the product is unused. However, a round-trip shipping fee (6,000 won) will be charged.

※ If you can't exchange/return

  • If the exchange/return period is exceeded
  • Goods and components are lost or damaged or contaminated due to mishandling.
  • The value of the goods has been significantly reduced by use or partial consumption.

Mask pack size is small OR too large

It's something I always worry about when I'm using a mask 😉 .


The Smart Veil™ Glow Sealer is also designed to fit an adult face, just like a regular sheet mask.

However, THOME's Smart Veil™ has a separate top and bottom sheet, so it can be adjusted to fit the curves and shape of your face.

First, align the center of your face, including your lips and nose, and then adjust the position of the mask sheet to fit the curves of your face to ensure a comfortable fit.

I want to know how to clean parentheses.

For gua sha, it is a round cylindrical product, so after use, wipe the inside of the round cylinder to remove any debris.

The gua sha is porcelain and can be cleaned under running water, and if you have an alcohol swab for jade, you can wipe it down thoroughly.

I want to know how to care for my brushes

For brushes, after each use, gently wash with a small amount of foam cleanser and run under water until the foam is completely removed.

Once the brushes are cleaned, place them on a magnetic plate to air dry.

How do I use my savings?

For credit, you'll be credited 5% of the purchase amount and credited the next day after delivery.

Rewards cannot be combined with coupons.

It can be used for purchases of 50,000 won or more and can be used for a maximum of 15,000 won per redemption.

Available when you have accumulated at least $10,000 in savings.  

You can apply credit in the Discount/Extra payment field under Credit.

Where can I redeem coupons?

For coupons, you can use them at the checkout stage by selecting [Coupon Discount] in the Discount/Subsidiary Payment field, selecting the coupon in the pop-up window that appears after clicking Apply Coupon, and clicking [Apply Coupon] to use it.

I can't find the coupon serial number.

Coupons are automatically issued after signing up with [New Signup Coupon].

Coupons must be redeemed within 3 days of the coupon's issue date.

My mask doesn't stick

Our THOME's Smart Veil™ Glow Sealer is a mask with a difference: it's a dry mask, not a wet mask, which is what you're used to.

After using the THOME Glazed program steps 1, 2, and 3, this is a smart mask that combines 1-3 active ingredients for a smart wrap.

If your face is dry from steps 1, 2, and 3, the active ingredients will be absorbed faster and you may notice some spots where the mask doesn't adhere as well (you can see the spots as opaque).

If this happens, you can apply the remaining 3 agents in the chalet (4-minute rapid hydration pack) with a silicone brush to the less adherent areas to help the mask pack adhere :)

The guide is large

For the guideline doses listed, these are typically planned doses that have been tested multiple times to ensure that everyone gets the optimal effect of the THOME Glazed program the first time they use it.

However, since everyone's face is different in contour and size, you may find that the amount of guidance provided is more or less appropriate for you.


We recommend using the amount in the guide for the first time, and if you feel that the amount is too little or too much for your face size, you can adjust the amount from the second time to suit your face.

However, the THOME Glazed program is not a skincare product that you use every day after cleansing your face, so you may not get the full benefit if you use it based on your normal skincare usage.

We recommend using at least 1.5 times the amount of regular skincare you use.

Parentheses are jagged.

In the case of gua sha, it's a white clay pottery that has been fired and glazed, so there may be some slight edges due to the glazing process, which is not a defect.

If this is not the case and the product is severely unbalanced or has sharp edges, please do not use it and contact us.

How often can I get refills?

You can choose the frequency of your subscription from the options when you place your order. After you sign up for a subscription, you can log in at any time to customize the frequency, and you can also choose to skip a scheduled refill if you're running low on product.

How and when will I be billed?

You're charged when each refill order is created, so it depends on your subscription cycle.

If you cancel your subscription immediately after a refill order is created, then only your upcoming refill products are canceled. The refill order that was just created will be billed and shipped.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Since we are currently selling only on Amazon, the rules for orders, refunds, and returns all follow Amazon's policy

How do I use my savings?

For credit, you'll be credited 5% of the purchase amount and credited the next day after delivery.

Rewards cannot be combined with coupons. 

It can be used for purchases of 50,000 won or more and can be used for a maximum of 15,000 won per redemption.

Available when you have accumulated at least $10,000 in savings.

You can apply credit in the Discount/Extra payment field under Credit.

Where can I redeem my coupons?

For coupons, you can use them at the checkout stage by selecting [Coupon Discount] in the Discount/Subsidiary Payment field, selecting the coupon in the pop-up window that appears after clicking Apply Coupon, and clicking [Apply Coupon] to use it.

I can't find the coupon serial number.

The coupon is automatically issued after signing up with the [New Signup Coupon], and can be used within 3 days of the coupon's issuance date.
